Why Airlines Group Travel
Published fares rise as seats sell. Contracted group fares don't — they're locked the moment we hold your block.
Your fare is held against the airline's contract. Seat-map price rises after you book are the airline's problem, not yours.
A modest deposit holds the whole block. Final payment is due close to departure, once your names are confirmed.
Weather diversions and missed connections don't keep office hours. Neither does our group desk.
Collect names up to the ticketing deadline. Substitutions are free until then — no per-passenger change fee.
Credit, debit, ACH, wire or a split across several cards when the group is paying its own way.
The same named agent from quote to boarding pass. No queue, no re-explaining the itinerary to a new voice.
How it works
Cities, dates and rough headcount. Exact names can wait — we only need enough to approach the right airline desks.
We put your block out to every carrier on the route and come back with the two or three options actually worth considering.
Approve a fare and we hold the block. The price is locked; the names stay editable until the ticketing deadline.
Send the manifest, settle the balance, and e-tickets land in every traveller's inbox. Seat assignments included.

FAQ
Most airlines treat ten or more passengers on the same itinerary as a group. Below ten we can still help, but the fare comes from the published inventory — call us and we'll tell you honestly which way is cheaper.
No. We hold the seat block on the group contract and you supply the manifest later. Names are typically due somewhere between 30 and 60 days before departure, depending on the airline.
It varies by carrier and route — commonly a modest per-seat deposit at the time the block is confirmed, with the balance due at ticketing. Your quote states the exact figure and both deadlines before you commit.
Usually yes. Most group contracts allow a percentage of the block to be released without penalty up to a set date, and extra seats can often be added at the same fare if inventory remains.
We request seat assignments for the whole block as soon as the manifest is in, and prioritise keeping families and minors together. Final seating is the airline's to confirm, and we'll tell you where it stands before ticketing.
Mention code AGT40 while your travel expert is on the phone, before the invoice is issued. It takes $40 off the final group invoice, on top of whatever group discount the fare already carries. One code per booking.
Nothing. A quote is free and carries no obligation — you'll get the fare, the deposit amount and the deadlines in writing, and you decide from there.
Send the route and headcount — we'll come back with real fares, not an estimate range.
